This tilting skillet’s stainless steel clad 5/8" thick cooking surface is "bead blasted" to help prevent food from sticking, and it is also highly resistant to warping. Splash-proof controls, an easy-to-turn manual hand tilt mechanism, and a large pouring lip ensure ease of use and years of dependable service. With a temperature range of 100-450 degrees Fahrenheit, you’ll be able to use this unit for a wide variety of cooking tasks.
A low, 35" rim height makes the Cleveland SEL-30-T1 30 gallon electric tilting skillet easy to operate even for shorter users, while improving safety by reducing the risk of burns.
