Sneeze Guards and Food Shields 

Sneeze Guards and Food Shields protect food from sneezes and provide protection from the human breath zone. They fall into two general categories: Full Service models that restrict access to the food by the customers, and usually have a top self for plated foods that are assembled by a server. Self-Service models (commonly used a Salad Bars) that allow the customer to serve themselves. This usually consists of a slanted piece of glass that protects the food from the breath zone. All styles are frequently combined in a dining establishment. A service line may start off using partitions separate the customer from the food preparation or display area, then the same system is changed into a Full Service Sneeze Guard area for entree selection, and then changed into a Self-Serve Sneeze Guard area where the customer can select side dishes or a salad area. 

 B-Partitions and Barrier Posts

Partition and Barrier post provide an barrier between the customer and the food preparation areas. Partitions are vertical glass walls held in place by partition posts. Our new Crystalline product family uses crystal clear glass post to make a barrier which is practically invisible. No more metal post and clamps to clutter up the serving space. There are three styles of crystalline posts, Inline, Button & Strap, and Glass-on-Glass. The Inline Series has a slim profile requiring only 2 inches of counter space to mount the post. The Button & Strap and Glass-on-Glass have an uninterrupted face surface. In recent years a lot of the food preparation has moved from the kitchen to the service line. No service is offered in this area, but visually it allows the customer to view the various selections being prepared and help determine their choices of entree. Partitions are also used as Booth Dividers and area suppuration walls.
